1. Q: How can I track the status of my online order?

    A:  Customers will be updated the tracking No. and courier service within 12 hours after placing the order on uarter.com

2. Q: How do I cancel my order?

    A: Please contact us at  service@uarter.com to help you out. Please notice that your order cannot be canceled once the packing process has begun/or your order have shipped.
